Terms of Service

  1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the NVXZ Systems platform (“NVXZ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the platform. These Terms apply to all users, including homeowners/clients and service providers.  
  2. About the Platform NVXZ Systems is an online marketplace that connects homeowners and property owners (“Clients”) with independent service providers (“Providers”). NVXZ acts solely as a platform intermediary and is not a party to any agreement made between Clients and Providers. NVXZ does not employ service providers and is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or completion of any services arranged through the platform.  
  3. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age to use NVXZ Systems. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.  
  4. Account Registration To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. NVXZ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.  
  5. Client Terms • Posting jobs on NVXZ Systems is completely free of charge for Clients. • Clients agree to post accurate and honest job descriptions. • Clients agree not to use the platform to solicit services outside of NVXZ in order to avoid provider subscriptions. • Clients are responsible for evaluating Providers independently before hiring. • NVXZ does not guarantee that a Provider will be found for every job posted.  
  6. Provider Terms • Service Providers pay a flat subscription fee of $50 USD per month to access the platform and connect with Clients. • Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled. • Providers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued. • Providers agree to represent their qualifications, licenses, and experience accurately and honestly. • Providers are solely responsible for the services they deliver, including quality, safety, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. • Providers agree not to solicit Clients off-platform to circumvent the subscription model. • NVXZ reserves the right to remove any Provider from the platform for misrepresentation, poor conduct, or violation of these Terms.  
  7. Prohibited Conduct All users agree not to: • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform • Create multiple accounts to circumvent suspension or bans • Solicit other users off-platform to bypass fees or subscriptions • Post spam, unsolicited promotions, or irrelevant content   Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.  
  8. Payments & Billing Provider subscriptions are processed through a secure third-party payment processor. NVXZ does not store payment card information. By subscribing, you authorize NVXZ to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. If a payment fails, NVXZ reserves the right to suspend access until payment is resolved.  
  9. Refund Policy All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support within 7 days of the charge at support@nvxzsystems.com.  
  10. Intellectual Property All content, branding, logos, and technology on the NVXZ Systems platform are the property of NVXZ Systems and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any NVXZ content without prior written permission.  
  11. User-Generated Content By posting content on NVXZ Systems (including job descriptions, reviews, and profile information), you grant NVXZ a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on the platform. You are solely responsible for the content you post and warrant that it does not violate any third-party rights.  
  12. Disclaimer of Warranties NVXZ Systems is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. NVXZ does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. We do not endorse or verify any service provider listed on the platform.  
  13. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, NVXZ Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to damages arising from disputes between Clients and Providers, poor workmanship, property damage, or personal injury. NVXZ’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to NVXZ in the three months preceding the claim.  
  14. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NVXZ Systems, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.  
  15. Privacy Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using NVXZ Systems, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.  
  16. Modifications to Terms NVXZ Systems reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.  
  17. Termination NVXZ reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its discretion, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or its users. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.  
  18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NVXZ Systems is incorporated. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body in the applicable jurisdiction.  
  19. Severability If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
