At NVXZ Systems (“NVXZ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our platform, website, and services (collectively, the “Platform”). By using NVXZ Systems, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. This policy applies to all users of the Platform, including homeowners/clients (“Clients”) and service providers (“Providers”), across all countries in which NVXZ Systems operates.

  1. Information We Collect We collect the following categories of personal information:

a) Information You Provide to Us Full name, email address, phone number, and location (city/region/country) Account login credentials (username and password) Profile information including business name, service categories, and bio (Providers) Job descriptions and details posted by Clients Payment information (processed securely via third-party payment processors — we do not store card details) Communications sent through the Platform, including messages between Clients and Providers Reviews and ratings submitted on the Platform

b) Information Collected Automatically IP address and approximate geographic location Device type, operating system, and browser information Pages visited, features used, and time spent on the Platform Referring website or source through which you accessed NVXZ Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 9)

c) Information from Third Parties If you register or log in using a third-party service (e.g., Google or Apple), we may receive basic profile information from that service Payment processors may share transaction confirmation details with us

How We Use Your Information We use the information we collect for the following purposes: To create and manage your account on the Platform To connect Clients with Providers based on location and service needs To process Provider subscription payments and manage billing To facilitate communication between Clients and Providers To display Provider profiles, reviews, and ratings to Clients To send transactional emails including account confirmations, billing receipts, and job notifications To send platform updates, feature announcements, and promotional communications (you may opt out at any time) To monitor and improve Platform performance, features, and user experience To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activity, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service To comply with applicable legal obligations in each country we operate

  2. How We Share Your Information NVXZ Systems does not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

a) With Other Platform Users Provider profiles (name, business name, service categories, reviews, and general location) are visible to Clients on the Platform Client job posts (description, service type, and general location) are visible to relevant Providers Direct messages are shared only between the Client and Provider involved in the conversation

b) With Service Providers and Partners Payment processors (e.g., Stripe) to handle subscription billing Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) Analytics providers to help us understand Platform usage Email service providers to deliver notifications and communications All third-party partners are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify

c) For Legal Reasons We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or government authority We may disclose information to protect the rights, property, or safety of NVXZ, our users, or the public

d) Business Transfers In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or Platform notice before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

  1. Data Retention We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. Specifically: Account data is retained for the duration of your account and for up to 2 years after account closure Payment records are retained for up to 7 years as required by financial regulations in most jurisdictions Job posts and reviews may remain on the Platform after account closure in anonymized form You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7 — Your Rights)

  2. International Data Transfers NVXZ Systems operates globally. Your personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including countries that may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, we ensure that international transfers comply with applicable data protection law, including through the use of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards approved by relevant authorities.

By using NVXZ Systems, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries in which we or our service providers operate.

  1. Data Security We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or alteration.   1. Children's Privacy NVXZ Systems is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by updating your notification preferences in your account settings or clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.

  1. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the updated policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

  2. Governing Law This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NVXZ Systems is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
